Comment:a degenerated pathetic retired high school teacher is behind this scam. all his associates are criminals, morally bankrupt individuals and all kinds of delinquents. This man is involved in all kind of get rich quick scams, loves travelling long distance by car and cheap air destinations. He's a gambler, single and over the age of 60. I believe he was forced to retire, but he is definitely busy with scamming, plotting, harassing, stocking and making the life of all persons a living hell, him and his deranged associates won't go away until they are caught by the authorities. This man together with all his associates are all single lonely failed individuals who seek attention at any cost. You are dealing here with individuals rejected by society and that violate the laws of the land on the daily basics by hiding behind telephones and computers. This man and his associates pray on the vulnerable and laugh, laugh and laugh. This individuals are associated with the sell of telephone services and utilities in Canada and sell those phones with TV screens promoted in Canada and abroad in third world countries. This man by the name of Constantine is associated with many criminal elements from Cuba, Russia and some other Easter Europe man and woman, they all share the same mentally and are here to cause trouble and take advantage of the loop hole that is allowing them to commit fraud, harassment, stocking, etc.
